it is a tool to reflect on the movement of time in an earth-listening way. to be used for tracking life aspects such as health, body fluctuations, personal and community biorhythms, gardening, fermenting, dreams, ecological observations, or as a creativity prompt/art therapy practice. in black+white with margin space for adding your own coloring and illustrations.
